Welcome to our website.

We are a community team providing football for boys and girls in the Martlesham area in Suffolk. All of our teams, from U6 (Under 6) to U18 play in the South Suffolk Youth League.

Martlesham was home to the RAF for many years and Martlesham Heath is built on the site of the old aerodrome. MYFC are proud of this tradition and the names of our teams reflect this.

New Players Wanted

Martlesham Youth FC are always pleased to hear from new players wishing to join our club. We are particularly interested in signing on new players for next season (2009/10) in the following age groups:

Summer Tournament 2009

Our annual summer tournament was held this year on 6th June at Suffolk Police HQ in Martlesham.
This year was a sunny day (after last year's deluge) and saw 54 teams and hundreds of players enjoy a great day of football.

French Exchange Trip

This Easter sees the return visit of with our 'sister' club in France, ESL (Entente Sportive du Layon). Last year two MYFC teams (U10s and U11s) made the ten hour journey to the Loire and over two days enjoyed several well-fought matches against their new-found friends.

This year ESL are visiting Martlesham and we all look forward to renewing friendships and playing several more matches with them.

Race Night a Great Success

We held a Family Race Night on 3rd May which was enjoyed by many MYFC parents and boys and we raised £520 for the club.
Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a successful event!
