Welcome to our website.

We are a community team providing football for boys and girls in the Martlesham area in Suffolk. All of our teams, from U6 (Under 6) to U18 play in the Felixstowe & District Youth League.

Martlesham was home to the RAF for many years and Martlesham Heath is built on the site of the old aerodrome. MYFC are proud of this tradition and the names of our teams reflect this.

Summer Tournament 2008

Our annual summer tournament will be held on 7th June at Suffolk Police HQ in Martlesham.
Last year more than 50 teams took part and we expect this year's to be just as good.

Annual General Meeting

We are holding our AGM at 7.30pm on 12th June at the Richards Rooms (next to the Community Hall) behind Tesco.
Everyone is welcome - indeed encouraged - to come along and discuss next year's activities at the club.

Race Night a Great Success

We held a Family Race Night on 3rd May which was enjoyed by many MYFC parents and boys and we raised £520 for the club.
Thanks to everyone who came and made it such a successful event!

French Exchange Trip

Easter 2008 saw the first exchange visit of what is hoped to be an annual exchange with our 'sister' club in France, ESL (Entente Sportive du Layon). Two MYFC teams (U10s and U11s) made the ten hour journey to the Loire and over the next two days enjoyed several well-fought matches against their new-found friends.

Next year teams from ESL will come to Martlesham and stay with players' families as we did this year.
