Team History

Our current team, a squad of 15 boys, with very few exceptions have now been together for 6 years, since U7's. Within the Meteors we pride ourselves with the fact that we have a great group of boys that have grown together both in stature and ability. We are a team that focuses on the development of not only our skills, but awareness, competitiveness and of course fair play.

We started our 11-a-side campaign last season having won promotion to the First Division in the season of 2007/08. In what was a very competitive division we finished in a very respectable fifth position. This was our first season at 11-a-side and a huge learning curve.

We now hope to develop further as a team with continuing success in 2009/10.
