Team Philosophy

We believe that enjoyment of the game is paramount and it’s this which influences motivation and performance.

Our squad is built upon teamwork and camaraderie with players encouraging each other and building self-confidence.

We endeavour to play the pass-and-move style of football. Key to this is the players’ decision making, positional play and of course ball control skills.

We seek to encourage players to develop their potential; to give each and every player the opportunity to grow as an athlete.

Central to our ethos is for the boys to play without fear and express themselves.
