The under 7's group has been set up to introduce children from the age of 5 years old to football.
Training sessions are held on the Martlesham Heath Green from 9:15 to 10:15 every Saturday morning. The sessions comprise of general fitness, football games and a short football match.

Children are encouraged to join in with the exercise to develop their fitness and ball skills. Whilst our main aim is to have fun, team building, awareness and discipline is picked up on the way.

New children are welcome to join us; there is a £1 per child per session 'subs' charge. If children are happy to continue, there is an annual registration charge of £25 payable to Martlesham Heath Youth Football Club from January 2007.
Please ensure children have the appropriate footwear and shin pads.
