This season Martlesham Jets are taking a strong squad of 19 players into their first competitive season in the South Suffolk Youth League with two sides split into an A & B team.
We have been seeded in Division 2 of 2 and are looking at promotion as our main goal for the season.

Along with that we are looking to continue with the progression we have made so far, with our understanding and knowledge of the game. We value and support the new FA Respect campaign and always focus our attentions heavily on fair play.

We start the season in a confident mood after winning our first trophy in a close of season tournament held by Ransomes Sports and are looking to build of that success this season. There is a strong desire from the manager through to the parents to guide the children and help them develop great self esteem, personal values and their football skills. The players have been playing together for over 3 years now from the age of five and have become good friends with great attitudes towards each other and a tremendous team spirit. They are also fortunate to have great support from their parents who are always there, rain or shine, cheering them on and offering help to the coaches.
